In celebration of World Interventional Radiology Day, on January 29, 2026, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital successfully organized a scientific event under the theme “Updated Interventional Radiology.”
The program was honored to welcome an international delegation from the Department of Radiology, UCLA Medical Center – University of California, Los Angeles, led by Prof. MD, PhD Edward Wolfgang Lee, The event also recorded the active participation and valuable contributions of interventional radiologists from major hospitals across Vietnam, including Cho Ray Hospital, University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, Nhan Dan Gia Dinh Hospital, Hue Central Hospital, Vinmec Da Nang, Thanh Hoa General Hospital, Vietnam–Cuba Friendship Hospital Dong Hoi, and Quang Tri General Hospital.
Within the framework of the program, Duc Tin was privileged to accompany distinguished experts and physicians, showcasing and introducing leading products in the field of interventional radiology such as TOCE solutions, peripheral intervention guidewires, advanced hemostatic compression bands, and state-of-the-art thrombectomy filters.
This event not only served as a platform to update the latest advancements in interventional radiology but also provided an invaluable forum for sharing practical experiences and discussing common clinical scenarios. Through this meaningful collaboration, Duc Tin takes pride in contributing to the connection and dissemination of essential values, supporting the overall development of interventional radiology in Vietnam.
